Proud sponsors of RMA Mallorca.
Mallorca Estate Agency is excited to announce its collaboration and sponsorship of RMA Mallorca and Sporting Son Ferrer Football Club.
The British football academy RMA (Russell Martin Academy) has been set up in Mallorca by head coach, Rob Croll.
The club offers all year round football coaching for both boys and girls of all abilities and all age groups.
The club was set up originally by Russell Martin, a British professional footballer who after successfully starting up in the UK, brought the club ethics and legacy overseas to Mallorca.
The establishment still holds the same ideas and philosophies that were originally planned.
These ideas and values mirror those of our Mallorca Agency team, so it was a natural calling to collaborate with the sporting group.
The RMA vision looks like this:
– To provide football for everyone.
– Use football as a tool for peoples active participation, improving their education, health and well-being.
– To provide high-quality provision, allowing people to reach their full potential.
– To provide maximum support to the people we work with.
– To ensure that all of our provision is delivered in a welcoming, safe and supportive environment.
Regardless of background, coach Rob wanted to offer a ‘player pathway’ for all involved at the team, from the ‘Little Ballers’ to the older players at the RMA academy.
The future vision for the club and agency is to support the local community by working together to install a teamwork ethic into the future of the island and offer collaborations and partnerships with the members of the football association.
Mallorca Agency Director, Chris Paterson had this to say about the football club…
‘Rob, one of my favourite times in the week is watching my boys play at your club. They work hard, they deal with frustration and disappointment and they learn about the values of life and loyalty and they do it with their friends whilst they are laughing. The environment you have created for the children is very special and I am very proud to be involved with you, your colleagues and your club…’
