Located in Sol de Mallorca, the house is very close to Portals Vells, where you can find Portals Vells and El Mago Beaches and the small Portals Vells marina.
The house has 5 bedrooms, two of them with en suite bathroom, and three bedrooms that share a bathroom. Additionally, it has a service bedroom with its own bathroom and direct access to the kitchen. All 6 bedrooms have two beds.
The layout of the house is very comfortable for 8 people, with the maximum sleeping capacity being 12.
The living room is next to the dining area and is equipped with some seating and a lounge area. You will find some reading materials and some board games and cards. Behind the living room, there is a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom. There is a small TV set and a high-speed internet WiFi router.
There is a fully working fireplace that warms up all the living and lounge areas.
The kitchen is open and functional. It has been recently refurbished and has all the goods needed for a modern family home: induction stove, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, and a range of small appliances.
The laundry area is accessed directly from the kitchen, and it has a washing machine.
The master bedroom has two single beds and a reasonable amount of wardrobe space. It is on the top floor and is the only room on the floor. It has an air conditioning unit and it has access to two big terraces.
The ensuite bathroom has a double washbasin, bathtub and separate toilet.
There is plenty of wardrobe space throughout the house.
The porch is by the pool and has a lounge area and a small table that is great for having breakfast in the morning with the early sun as it is east-facing. In the evenings is a great place for sundowners before dinner.
This wonderful spacious villa is available for 11 months a year, August excluded.
